Pinas789 FAQ – Answers to Your Casino Questions

You must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid Philippine mobile number and email address, and agree to the pinas789 Terms and Conditions. Each person may only hold one pinas789 account. Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not eligible to register.

On the Login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email. You'll receive a reset link or OTP via SMS or email. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you've lost access to both your registered mobile and email, contact our 24/7 support team to verify your identity and regain access.

Pinas789 requires KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing your first withdrawal. You'll need to upload a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID — PhilSys, driver's licence, or passport — plus proof of your payment method. Verification is a one-time process and is typically completed within 24 hours. The earlier you submit your documents, the faster your first withdrawal will go.

Yes. You can request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method before the account is closed. If you're closing because of concerns about your gambling, consider using our Responsible Gaming tools such as self-exclusion — we can help you set that up immediately.

Pinas789 supports all major Philippine payment methods including:

• GCash and Maya (most popular among Filipino players)
• GrabPay and Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards

All transactions are in Philippine Pesos (₱). See the Deposit and Withdrawal page for full details.

The minimum deposit at pinas789 varies by payment method. For GCash and Maya, the minimum is typically ₱100. For bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet, minimums may be slightly higher. Check the Deposit and Withdrawal page for the latest minimums by payment channel.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours once your account is verified. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to one business day. PESONet transfers may take up to one working day depending on your bank. Withdrawals will not be processed until your KYC verification is complete, so we recommend doing that as early as possible.

GCash and Maya deposits are usually instant. If your balance hasn't updated after 15 minutes, first check your GCash or Maya transaction history to confirm the transfer went through. If it did, take a screenshot and contact our support team via live chat or email at support@pinas789.com with the transaction reference number. We'll investigate and credit your balance promptly.

Pinas789 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (GCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees depending on the transfer type. Check with your payment provider if you're unsure what charges they apply on outbound transfers.

Some slot titles at pinas789 offer a demo or free-play mode that lets you get familiar with the game mechanics without wagering real money. Live dealer games such as Baccarat and sports betting markets require real-money wagers to play. Check the individual game page for demo availability.

Pinas789 Baccarat is played at live dealer tables streamed in real time. You bet on whether the Player hand, the Banker hand, or a Tie will have the higher total (closest to 9). Cards are dealt face-up and the outcome is determined automatically. Pinas789 also offers Baccarat side bets for additional action. Visit the Baccarat page for a full breakdown of the rules and available variants.

Pinas789 offers basketball betting markets including PBA games, NBA, and international leagues. You can bet on match winner, point spread, total points (over/under), and more. Odds are updated in real time and displayed before you place your bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. See the Basketball Betting page for current markets and odds.

All slot games available on pinas789 are sourced from licensed providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes on every spin. Each game displays its Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which indicates the theoretical long-term payout rate. No outcome can be predicted or manipulated.

Pinas789 offers a welcome promotion for new players on their first deposit. The exact bonus amount, deposit requirement, and wagering conditions are displayed during registration and in the promotions section of your account. All bonuses are subject to the standard bonus terms in the Terms and Conditions.

A wagering requirement (also called turnover or rollover) means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before you can cash out winnings from that bonus. Progress is tracked automatically in your account.

The pinas789 VIP Club rewards active players with points for every bet they place. Points accumulate and push you up through VIP tiers — each higher tier unlocks better rewards including cashback, bonus credits, higher withdrawal limits, and dedicated support. Your VIP status and points balance are visible in your account after login. Visit the VIP Club page for full tier details.

Pinas789 runs referral promotions periodically. When active, you can share your unique referral code with friends, and both you and your referred friend receive a bonus once they register and make their first deposit. Check the current promotions section in your pinas789 account for active referral offers.

Use a strong, unique password (at least 8 characters with letters, numbers, and symbols). Never share your login credentials with anyone — pinas789 staff will never ask for your password. Avoid logging in from public or shared devices. Regularly check your account's transaction history for any unfamiliar activity. If you notice anything suspicious, change your password immediately and contact our support team.

Change your password immediately from the account settings page. Then contact our support team via live chat or at support@pinas789.com and report the unauthorised access. Absolutely. GCash deposits at pinas789 work directly from your phone's browser. After selecting GCash as your deposit method, you'll be redirected or prompted to complete the transfer via your GCash app. The whole process takes under a minute and your pinas789 balance is usually updated instantly. This is the most popular deposit method among Filipino pinas789 players.

Login to your pinas789 account, go to Account Settings, and find the Responsible Gaming section. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced — not increased — without a mandatory waiting period. This is intentional: the waiting period ensures the decision to increase a limit is considered and not impulsive.

Self-exclusion permanently closes your pinas789 account for a minimum of 6 months. Once activated, you cannot log in, place bets, or receive marketing communications for the full exclusion period. Your remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed early — this is by design, to give you a firm boundary if gambling has become a problem. Learn more on our Responsible Gaming page.

You can also use the responsible gaming self-check questionnaire on our Responsible Gaming page to assess your situation honestly.

Pinas789 requires all players to confirm they are 18 or older at registration and verifies date of birth through the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is immediately closed and the matter referred appropriately.
